Acting as an independent third party, Zephyr provides fair market valuation (FMV) opinions on both business and compensation matters in support of healthcare transactions to ensure regulatory compliance.
Zephyr conducts business valuations of hospitals, ambulatory centers (e.g. ASC, Imaging Centers), physician group practices, independent physician practices, and other healthcare entities. We also develop independent, thoroughly researched physician/provider compensation assessments – Fair Market Valuations (FMVs) and commercial reasonableness opinions for hospitals.
We work with entities ranging from health systems and independent hospitals, surgical/specialty hospitals, physician groups, and ancillary service providers.
